Tea N Coffee

Tea n coffee is two major drinks in any country. I believe we all are either a tea drinker or a coffee person though both are addictive drinks.

Tea is well known for its more robust version, also known as black tea. In India age-old tradition of drinking tea is still being followed. Earlier people use to drink their tea with milk, but as everything is drastically changing, of course, tea has also taken its different versions. As you might have read in my last article, which was all about types of tea, I would also like to highlight that its not only the types of tea but also different methods of having the drink which matters these days.People are now aware of how to have the right beverage with the correct temperature of the water added to it, how much sugar to be added, which one needs milk, and which one is healthy more without milk.

And that’s not all!!! Many people who have a passion for tea or maybe brought up in a particular estate watching the whole process starting from plucking to the end product have experimented their way. Some of them have tried giving the tea with floral concepts. In other words, they have begun blending tea with flowers for more health benefits added to it. If we drink the same tea leaves combined with flowers with the right boiling temperature, it can be more aromatic and healthier in comparison to black tea.

Coffee is also widely grown in India, but some of us think that it is not an Indian drink, which is incorrect.80 percent of best-grown coffee beans comes from india.we are the largest producers of coffee. (i will discuss coffee, and it types soon)Once brewed, coffee is served in a variety of ways. Drip-brewed percolated, or French-pressed coffee, which also served as white coffee with a dairy product such as milk or cream, or dairy substitute, or as black coffee with no such addition. It can be sweetened with sugar or artificial sweetener. When served cold, it is called iced coffee.there are a lot more versions which we will discuss briefly later.

With all my journey of knowing about tea n coffee, one thing which I feel personally is that everything is coming back to where it started. I mean, people are now shifting back to their roots, with curiosity of knowing more about it and also accepting the facts about their ancestor’s extensive knowledge on the same.
